As a co-managing owner, I take pride in our child-centered approach. My aim is to provide children with a broad range of early learning experiences in a setting where they feel safe and secure. I enjoy developing positive partnerships between parents and our service, and I encourage them to take part in the children’s learning journey every step of the way. The most satisfying part of my job is watching children entering big school as active and independent learners. This outcome is a cumulative effort on the part of parents, staff, and every unique child, and I keep this at the forefront of my mind daily, at Kickstart.
